LAKES OF DELAND BOAT CLUB
The Boat Club is specifically for the individuals that have lots in Lakes of Deland and will consist of various boats including paddleboats, pontoon boats, and fishing boats. Each member can check out a boat for their use (subject to a few regulations).
Boat Club membership is restricted to Home Owners in Lakes of Deland. Membership is transferred with the sale of the lot.
At this time the first Boat Dock has been built right off of the Community Park between lots 125 and 126. This pier (dock 10) was finished in October of 2007. Dock 10 has a 14' by 24' covered platform with a Spanish tile roof and picnic tables for seating.
Other docks are scheduled to be built between lots 4 and 5 (Pier 1), lots 10 and 11 (Pier 2), lots 33 and 34 (Pier 5), lots 40 and 41 (Pier 7).
Liability Insurance on the boats will be carried by the Home Owners Association.
